Michaela Boreham

Exercise Physiologist

Born and raised in Albany, Michaela completed her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise, Sport and Rehabilitation Sciences and her Master’s in Clinical Exercise Physiology at Curtin University in Perth before returning home a few years ago.

She has experience across musculoskeletal, metabolic, and neurological rehabilitation and is passionate about helping people build strength, confidence, and resilience through exercise. Michaela has a special interest in mental health, metabolic health and working with individuals affected by cancer. She also has experience in both Reformer and mat-based Pilates to support her clients' rehabilitation and fitness goals.

Outside of work, Michaela is an avid sportswoman and outdoor enthusiast. She has proudly represented Albany in swimming, volleyball, and netball, and achieved her National C Badge in netball umpiring. These days, she enjoys long walks, beach days, camping trips, and spending quality time with her young family.
