Zoe Moran

  • Zoe is a dedicated physiotherapist who has recently joined the Physio Strong Albany team. With previous experience working as a physiotherapist in regional Australia, Zoe is passionate about being involved in the community while helping her clients to achieve their goals and lead healthier lives. 

    Zoe has pursued further studies in Pilates, Women’s Health, and Osteoarthritis. She is committed to addressing the root causes of her clients pain to promote long-term wellness. She is currently expanding her knowledge in pelvic health and continence. 

    Outside of her time as a physiotherapist, she has been training for a half marathon and looks forward to joining the Albany Surf Life Saving Club, along with exploring the Great Southern’s beautiful beaches and national parks.

Taryn Meyer

  • Taryn is a highly experienced physiotherapist with a strong focus on sports physiotherapy. With over ten years of experience in the field, Taryn has worked extensively with sporting teams and in private practice settings.

    To ensure she delivers the best possible care to her clients, Taryn prioritises staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in physiotherapy. She regularly attends professional development courses, keeping herself informed about evidence-based practices and emerging techniques. Her areas of particular interest lie in exercise-based injury rehabilitation, as well as strength and conditioning.

    Locally, Taryn is actively involved with multiple sporting groups, including the Albany Swimming Club and the Mount Barker Bulls Football Club.

    Taryn's approach to treatment involves creating effective rehabilitation and injury prevention programs tailored to each client's specific needs. By working closely with her clients, she aims to optimise their recovery process and help them achieve the best possible outcomes.

Daniel Porter

  • Daniel is an experienced private practice Physiotherapist.

    Daniel trained at Melbourne University, graduated in 2002 and has since worked in a variety of settings including Public and Private Hospitals, Aged Care, local AFL clubs and Private Practice.

    Daniel enjoys the challenge in connecting with each and every Physiotherapy client and helping them to achieve their goals.

    In 2020 Daniel travelled Australia with his family, wife Amanda, and daughters Neve, May and Hazel in a caravan.

    Two years later they decided to make the great southern region their home.

Tyne Logan

  • Since her very first Reformer Pilates class in 2015, Tyne has been hooked. Her love for Pilates led her to begin teaching in 2019, where she now blends her passion for movement with her natural flair for presenting. With experience as a TV weather presenter and journalist, Tyne makes every class engaging—there's no need to worry about awkward silences, as small talk is second nature to her! Outside of work, you'll find Tyne running with her dog Ella or enjoying outdoor adventures. Tyne loves helping people discover muscles they didn’t even know they had, making each session both fun and effective.

Chantelle Heslop

  • Meet Chantelle, our casual receptionist. Chantelle is currently enrolled in Juris Doctor at the University of Western Australia, where she is completing her first year of studies in her undergraduate degree of Commerce, locally at UWA’s regional Albany campus.

    Chantelle has a passion for business strategy and is driven by the exciting prospects of legal studies.

    Beyond the front desk, you will find Chantelle immersed in Albany’s sporting community, whether she is out on the netball court or diving into the swimming pool her passion for sport at a recreational level creates a balance which she believes is essential between her studies and work life.

Alana Scott

  • We’re excited to introduce Alana, our new Receptionist at Physio Strong. With a background as a successful beauty therapy business owner, Alana brings exceptional organisational and client service skills to our team. Embracing this fresh start, she is dedicated to ensuring that every client receives outstanding service from the moment they walk through our doors.

    Outside of work, Alana is an active soccer player in the women’s league and also coaches a junior team, reflecting her passion for sports and community involvement. When it’s time to relax, she enjoys family movie nights paired with a nice glass of red wine.

Sally Wettenhall

  • Sally is one of our friendly and welcoming Receptionists at Physio Strong Albany. Her exceptional customer service skills and organisational expertise ensure that every visitor and caller enjoys a positive and seamless experience. Sally has studied Business Administration and is currently pursuing a degree in Accounting and Bookkeeping, which has honed her keen eye for detail and deepened her passion for helping others.

    Outside of work, Sally loves to read and explore the diverse coffee shops around town. She is also dedicated to her community as a member of the South Coast Volunteer Bush Fire Brigade and serves as a Committee Member for the Rainbow Coast Toy Library.
