Join our Mum’s Club 6 Week Program
Looking to stay active and healthy during your pregnancy? Needing guidance and support to return to safe exercise post-pregnancy? Physio Strong’s Mum’s Club is the perfect option for you!
We run a 6 week program involving weekly low-impact Reformer Pilates classes to help improve your strength, flexibility, coordination and confidence. Independent Gym membership is included in the program to allow for practice of exercises throughout the week.
Who is it for?
Pregnant (12 weeks onwards) and post-natal (6 weeks to 2 years) women.
What’s included?
Pilates-based exercises under the guidance of a Physiotherapist. Brief education session provided each week on a pregnancy or post-natal related topic. Safe progression based on which stage you are at in your journey.

Initial assessment = $110
Program cost = $270.00
